This archive contains CTD (Conductivity, Temperature, Depth) data files that were obtained in December 2017 from offshore of the Ayeryarwady Delta, Myanmar.  In addition to the data files, this archive also contains matlab code used to process the data, and example profile figures. The research cruise is described in Kuehl et al. (2019) and Liu et al. (2020).  Some of the CTD data is presented in Kuehl et al. (2019).

CONTENTS:  directory names in all capitals.

CTD_DATA :  directory containing subdirectories with one subdirectory for each set of CTD data.

CTD_PROFILE_FIGURES :  directory containing example figures of the CTD profiles in png format; as well as a map of station locations.

ayerwaddy_bathy.mat : Matlab data file (mat format) containing Bathymetry data used in plotting.  This bathymetry was derived from global ETOPO data.

process_ctd_andaman.m :  this matlab code (m-file) is used to read in the CTD data, and make figures for each CTD cast, as well as maps of the CTD locations.

CTD Locations Myanmar : excel spreadsheet (xlsx) containing the longitude / latitude locations of the CTD casts.
